17 - a prize-winning book

I'm going to cheat a bit this week (again :) ). I got a prize-winning book this week, but I don't have one with me, as I'm still at hospital. So I decided it's going to be a prize-winning author instead.

I chose:

Immer derselbe Schnee und immer derselbe Onkel  by Herta Muller.

As far as I know, this book didn't get any prize, but this author got the 2009 Nobel Prize in Literature, so it has to be enough. I just hope this book is not going to be too depressing!
